Weight: 10 lbs 4 oz (up from 8 lbs 8 oz at 1 month)
Height: 20.5 in (up from 20 in at 1 month)
Head: 38 cm (up from 37 cm at 1 month)
She's growing and getting so big!! She is so much more alert than when she was a really new newborn. She is cooing, smiling and even playing sometimes. Her favorite thing to do is kick and coo to music - it is so cute :)
Lilly's Brace
Lilly was born breech, and the doctor has been watching her hip alignment due to her breech position. We had an ultrasound of her hips done when she was 6 weeks and it shows her hip joints are "slightly shallow", as the doctor puts it. So, she has to be in this clunky brace for 6 weeks when we get another ultrasound to see if her hip joints have aligned better. The doctor seems to think that she should respond well, as her hip joints are only "slightly shallow". So, hopefully we will only be in this thing for 6 weeks and not longer. It has already been a week, and Lilly doesn't seem to mind it too much anymore, which is good.
