Holiday Wrap Up :) - finally!

So, I actually started this post several weeks ago, but had some technical difficulties with getting pictures. So, here is our holiday post - finally!

Christmas!
While we have been on the move since we've been married, we have spent every Christmas (save one - while in London) in Dallas. It is sooo great spending the holidays with family and friends. We partook in all of our usual traditions - cookie making, family photos, Christmas Eve 'date night' with a nice dinner and Christmas Eve service at our church, Christmas night at The Gingerman and fun with friends :)

Fun with Friends

Every year, we get to hang out with our friends quite a bit, but we never get photos. This year we got one - thanks to Thea!

Also, this visit we got to see Bob (thanks to an impromptu suggestion by our friend, Noelle). I think the last time I saw Bob Schneider was several years ago in New York. I LOVE Bob, and was so excited to get to see him!

New Years (when we realized (again) that we are old)

For New Years, Matt and I did something we have never done before - we stayed in! After a busy Christmas week, we really just wanted to pop a bottle of champagne on our couch, which is exactly what we did. I know lots of other people stay in for New Year's, but usually they have kids for an excuse. So, we are officially old ;) It's no biggie. We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's Eve in :)
